Yoga is an ancient wisdom passed down orally from teacher to student over many centuries. However, in the modern world, yoga can become inaccessible due to financial constraints.

 

BYK is committed to making yoga accessible for all, and hence we provide several free-of-cost yoga programs and classes. One such initiative is our Sunday Yoga classes. Tailored for beginners, our classes welcome everyone, no matter your age or fitness level.

Our dedicated instructors are committed to introducing you to the essentials of yoga in a way that's accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding. Imagine an hour dedicated to gentle movements, focused breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises designed not only to stretch your body but also to refresh your mind and uplift your spirit.

 

This isn't just another yoga class; it's a warm invitation to explore what yoga means for you in a supportive environment, completely free of charge. Each month, we focus on different themes such as yoga for back pain and practices to sit in meditation for longer periods.

Eligibility

No prior experience or special equipment needed—just come as you are! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and having a yoga mat or a soft surface ready to fully enjoy your session. If you have limited mobility, you can also participate while seated on a chair.

Radhika Khemka

Radhika is a Level 2 AYUSH Certified Yoga Instructor and holds a 400-hour Certification as a Yoga and Wellness Teacher from MDNIY, recognized for her proficiency in principles focusing on holistic health and therapeutic applications of yoga. She has a Diploma in Nutritional Science and is currently pursuing her Master's in Yoga and Life Sciences from SVYASA, aspiring to pursue her Ph.D. in Yoga.
