Do you long for a deeper connection with your true self, a space to quiet the noise and truly listen to your inner wisdom? We deeply understand the yearning for sadhana – that vital journey inward where you discover the profound "self" described in ancient scriptures like the Upanishads and Vedanta.
From 22 September to 2 October we offer ten unhurried days for exactly that step. Abandon the calendar, the phone, even the need to “make progress,” and sit with the simple question that underlies every scripture Sri M quotes: Who rests behind these thoughts, this breath, this body?
Dawn begins with unhurried movement and breath to steady the body; the remaining hours open into silent sitting, japa, scriptural reflection, and evening chants to the Mother. There are no packed agendas, no forced conversations—only structure, guidance, and the shared quiet of fellow seekers who understand why solitude sometimes thrives in company. If you have been waiting for clear, uninterrupted time to listen beneath thought and habit, these ten days are yours.
