Yoga Abhyāsa is a regular yoga class with a blend of thoughtfully-curated Asanas, Pranayama and meditation to enhance your physical and mental wellness. It is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.
It transcends you to a place where each movement and breath becomes an act of joy—a place where traditional yogic warm-ups spark vitality, and the flow of Surya Namaskara channelises your energies.
