About the Course
As Sage Patanjali puts it, Abhyasa is a long, uninterrupted, and devoted practice. But practice of what, you may ask? The practice of all eight limbs of yoga.
Abhyasa classes bring together asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, pratyahara, dharana, chanting, guided meditation, and yoga nidra in various combinations to help you cultivate this long, uninterrupted, and devoted practice. While you will learn new things, the purpose of this class is also to refine and achieve perfection in what you already know. You can expect everything from sukshma vyayama to surya namaskara to vinyasa flows in this class.
Depending on your schedule, you can join either 3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. This class is suited for beginner to intermediate practitioners. For intermediate to advanced practitioners, consider joining Uttama Abhyasa. {Insert Hyperlink}
