The practice of abhyāsa (consistent practice) and vairāgya (non-attachment), are the key to advancing in yoga and achieving the ultimate goal of self-realization

Embark on a vibrant yoga voyage with our "Yoga Abhyasa" course, where every session is a new discovery on the mat. Set against the backdrop of your own space via Zoom every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, this course is a canvas for both the seasoned yogi and the curious newcomer. Imagine a practice where each movement and breath is an act of joy—a place where traditional yogic warm-ups spark vitality, and the flow of Surya Namaskara brings the sun's energy into your room. Our skilled instructors craft unique asana sequences that not only challenge the body but also soothe the soul, making every 45-minute session a journey of exploration. The crescendo of our practice is a harmonious blend of relaxation in Shavasana, followed by pranayama and meditation to still the mind and invite inner peace. This course is your doorway to transforming routine into ritual, where yoga is not just practiced but lived.
