The practice of abhyāsa (consistent practice) and vairāgya (non-attachment), are the key to advancing in yoga and achieving the ultimate goal of self-realization

Embark on a vibrant yoga voyage with our "Yoga Abhyasa" course, where every session is a new discovery on the mat. Set against the backdrop of your own space via Zoom every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, this course is a canvas for both the seasoned yogi and the curious newcomer. Imagine a practice where each movement and breath is an act of joy—a place where traditional yogic warm-ups spark vitality, and the flow of Surya Namaskara brings the sun's energy into your room. Our skilled instructors craft unique asana sequences that not only challenge the body but also soothe the soul, making every 45-minute session a journey of exploration. The crescendo of our practice is a harmonious blend of relaxation in Shavasana, followed by pranayama and meditation to still the mind and invite inner peace. This course is your doorway to transforming routine into ritual, where yoga is not just practiced but lived.

Covering Costs &
Supporting Our Teachers

The course fees are calculated to cover the essential costs of providing high-quality education. This includes fair compensation for our dedicated teachers. By ensuring that they are properly rewarded for their expertise and dedication, we uphold the principle of Dana (generosity), recognizing their invaluable contribution to our journey.

Your Contribution to
Free Healthcare

We are committed to channelling profits from our courses towards a cause much larger than ourselves. Every enrollment supports the Swaasthya Hospitals initiative of  TSF, providing free healthcare. This means that your investment in your health extends to a lifeline to individuals who might otherwise go without medical care.

A Ripple Effect of Health
and Wellness

Your participation extends its benefits through free Sunday classes and free webinars, making yoga accessible for all. We also conduct outreach programs in schools, prisons, and community centers that introduce yoga to under-served populations. Additionally, we offer subsidized courses for vulnerable populations, ensuring access to yoga.
