Radhika's journey in yoga is backed by extensive training and education aiming to integrate ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices.
She is a level 2 AYUSH Certified Yoga Instructor and holds a 400-hour Certification as a Yoga and Wellness Teacher from MDNIY recognized for proficiency in principles focusing on holistic health and therapeutic applications of yoga.
She has a Diploma in Nutritional Science and is currently doing her Master's in Yoga and Life Sciences from SVYASA aspiring to pursue her Ph.D. in Yoga driven by a passion for advancing the scientific understanding and application of yoga in enhancing well-being.
