"Advanced Abhyāsa" started as an exclusive class designed to reconnect BYK Teacher Training Course graduates with their yoga roots. Now open to practitioners with some experience in Yoga, this 1.5-hour session is an opportunity to delve into the more profound disciplines of Asana, Pranayama, and Dhyana.

 

Building on the foundation you have nurtured, these classes challenge you to refine your practice and explore the subtleties of advanced yoga techniques. Expect to engage in intricate postures that test your limits, breathwork that deepens your calm, and meditative practices that guide you toward new tranquility depths.
