Eligibility/Criteria

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

No prior experience with Yoga or meditation is required. Participants need only a quiet space and a willingness to engage in the practice.

Exclusions from the Program

  • This course will not cover advanced Yoga poses or physical exertion exercises.

  • Class recordings will not be provided

Batch Information

  • Limited to 60 participants to ensure personalized attention.

  • The program runs every Sunday for an hour.

  • The course is conducted fully online, via Zoom
