
Bala Vidya is a program designed for young children and teens. This program aims at introducing yoga to children in a fun and engaging way, focusing on connecting their mind, body, and breath. Through stories and interactive sessions, children will explore the wisdom of The Bhagavad Gītā & Purāṇas. They will also learn to chant slokas and bhajans for better emotional health. They will also learn tips and techniques to handle stress, explore moral values, and stay connected with themselves and their surroundings.

Level 2, the Yoga Wellness Instructor course, advances these teachings to cover physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness through yoga. Dr. Shubha Chetan
Dr. Shubha Chetan, an Ayurvedic physician by profession, transitioned into the field of yoga to offer holistic healing. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA University of Yoga, Bangalore, completed in 2015. Further enhancing her expertise, she obtained a Certificate in Pre and Post Natal Yoga from the 1000 Yoga School, a Certificate in Yoga for Positive Health through Indica Yoga, and a TTC Yoga Certification from Bharat Yoga Vidya Kendra, Madanapalle.

Deepali Verma
Deepali Verma is a dedicated mother of three and a passionate yoga teacher with over seven years of experience in guiding individuals on their wellness journeys. A lifelong learner, she embraces the philosophy of curiosity, constantly exploring new techniques and practices to enhance her teaching.
