Why Level 1 Matters: Building the Right Foundation

The foundation we lay in Level 1 isn't confined to theoretical knowledge; it's embodied wisdom. As you master physical postures, hone breath control, and immerse yourself in meditative practices, you're not just learning about yoga; you're living it. A prime example is the daily karma yoga the participants engage in by contributing to the functioning of the ashram.

Personalized Attention in a Small Batch

In our intimate batches limited to 20 students, you're not just another participant; you're an integral part of a community. This ensures personalized attention, allowing for deeper connection and individual guidance.

The BYK Seal of Excellence:

Upon completing Level 1, you receive more than a certification – you gain the BYK Seal of Excellence. It's a testament to your commitment, your growth, and your readiness to share the extraordinary wisdom of yoga with others.

A Commitment to Your Extraordinary Growth

Level 1 isn't just a beginning; it's the foundation upon which your extraordinary journey into the heart of yoga is built. It's a commitment to a richer, more profound understanding of the practice and philosophy that is yoga.
