Monday to Friday: 1 hour Abhyasa class ( Choose any one time slot 6:30- 7:30 AM IST, 10 - 11 AM IST or 6:30 - 7:30 PM IST)
Saturday: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST
Course Size: Up to 20 participants

Course Fee:
Without Examination: ₹40,000 / US$550 (for people living outside India)
With Examination: ₹45,000 / US$575 (AYUSH & IYA certification)
