About the Course
Uttama Abhyasa is an advanced-level yoga class initially designed exclusively for BYK’s TTC alumni. Now open to all intermediate to advanced practitioners, this class challenges you to refine your practice and explore the subtleties of advanced yoga techniques.
Thrice a week, for one and a half hours each, we practice together everything from sukshma vyayama and body conditioning to advanced asana sequences, bandhas, mudras, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, chanting, guided meditation, and yoga nidra. This class is guaranteed to challenge your body and build your flexibility and strength, with a particular emphasis on core strength and balance needed to master advanced asanas. Under the guidance of a senior instructor, you will receive proper instruction, technique, and feedback to elevate your practice to the next level.
When it comes to Uttama Abhyasa, no two classes are the same. Each session is curated to help you achieve perfection and deepen your practice.
