Our Ayurvedic Cooking Course is meticulously designed for enthusiasts who wish to blend the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with culinary skills. Eligibility/Criteria

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Those with severe dietary restrictions or allergies may need to consult with the course facilitators prior to enrollment to ensure their needs can be accommodated.

Exclusions from the Program

  • Transportation to and from The Sacred Grove Campus is not included in the course fee.

  • Ayurvedic consultations and treatments are offered as optional services and are not covered by the course fee.

  • Is prior yoga experience required for TTC Level 2?

    Meeting Sri M is a profound experience; however, such an opportunity cannot be guaranteed within the course framework. There may be special moments for initiation into Kriya Yoga and receiving blessings, contingent upon Sri M's availability and course schedules.
