Our Yoga for Kids program is a Summer Online Camp, designed for kids aged 8 to 15 years. In a world where children face many health challenges like low immunity, obesity, respiratory issues, and mental health problems, our course promotes physical and emotional health in fun ways.

This summer holidays, your kids will stretch their muscles; while also expanding their minds and nourishing their souls. Every Sunday, we unwrap the gift of yoga, blending playful asanas with the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, all in two fun-filled hours. Through chanting, story telling and other activities, we help you child ground themselves and connect to their true creative selves.

  • Open to all children aged 8 to 15 years.

  • No prior yoga experience required.

Exclusions from the Program

  • Advanced yoga postures not suitable for beginners.

  • In-person instruction, as the course is fully online.

  • April Batch: Every Sunday from April 2nd to April 23rd, 7-9 AM.

  • May Batch: Every Sunday from May 7th to May 28th, 7-9 AM.

  • All sessions are online (via Zoom)

  • What exactly is mantra chanting and how does it benefit me?
    Level 1, the Yoga Protocol Instructor course, lays the foundation in yoga practices and theories, focusing on basic postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote physical well-being. Level 2, the Yoga Wellness Instructor course, advances these teachings to cover physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness through yoga.   • Is prior yoga experience required for TTC Level 2?
    While prior yoga experience is indeed recommended, the Level 2 course welcomes students from various backgrounds. Instructors adeptly tailor their teaching methods to suit individual levels of expertise, thereby fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Will participants have the opportunity to meet Sri M?
    Meeting Sri M is a profound experience; however, such an opportunity cannot be guaranteed within the course framework. There may be special moments for initiation into Kriya Yoga and receiving blessings, contingent upon Sri M's availability and course schedules.
