The essence of our Restorative Yoga course—a sanctuary where we let go of layers of tension and stress of everyday life to reveal your calm true nature.
 

Restorative Yoga is a practice of passive healing, where we embrace stillness and let the natural restorative power of the body take over. Supported by props and guided by the rhythm of our breath, we allow the mind to quieten and the body to soften, releasing deeply held tensions both physical and emotional.

Tailored for adults seeking a nurturing and supportive yoga experience, this program welcomes seniors, individuals with limited mobility, or anyone seeking stress relief and mental calm.

In this course, you will cultivate a relationship with the slow pace, learning to find peace in the pauses, and honouring the silence between the breath.
