Pranayama Techniques: You will learn a variety of pranayama techniques, including Kapalabhati, Sectional Breathing, Full Yogic Breathing, Ujjayi, Surya Anuloma Viloma, Chandra Anuloma Viloma, Anuloma Viloma (Nadi Shuddhi), Sheetali, and Bhramari. These practices are designed to cleanse the respiratory system, balance the body's energy channels, and promote overall health.

Meditation Practices: The course includes guided sessions on Om meditation with visual aids, Hum Sau meditation, and Om chanting. These techniques will help calm the mind, enhance concentration, and foster a deeper connection with your inner self.
