    Level 1, the Yoga Protocol Instructor course, lays the foundation in yoga practices and theories, focusing on basic postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote physical well-being. Level 2, the Yoga Wellness Instructor course, advances these teachings to cover physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness through yoga. It builds upon Level 1's basics, deepening the understanding and practice of yoga to encompass a holistic approach to wellness, preparing participants for more specialized teaching roles and personal growth in their yoga journey.
  • Is prior yoga experience required for TTC Level 2?
    While prior yoga experience is indeed recommended, the Level 2 course welcomes students from various backgrounds.
